In the nissan commercial there is a lady singing a type of opera in the background.She doesn't come out though. It's just the voice the one you can hear. That song also comes out in the movie "The Fifth Element". Does anyone know who sings it?

It's Stevie Ray Vaughn. He passed away about 10 years ago, but God bless him his music lives on. He is a blues artist. One of the best I must say.
